The Summer Scholars Program
We have created a six-week internship to introduce the field of trial consulting to outstanding scholars. This program is specifically designed for HBCU scholars in honor of Dr. Huntley Taylor's in-laws, Gladys Hunter Taylor and Sylvester Taylor, who met on the campus of Livingstone College.
Hands-On Experience
Work directly on active cases under the supervision of senior consultants, gaining real-world exposure to jury research and trial strategy.
Mentorship
Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced trial consultants and attorneys throughout the six-week program.
Research Skills
Develop rigorous research and analytical skills applicable across law, psychology, and communications.
Professional Network
Build relationships with attorneys, consultants, and legal professionals across the country.
Who Should Apply
This program is specifically designed for HBCU scholars. We welcome applications from outstanding college students in psychology, political science, sociology, communications, and related fields. Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
