Jury research in the early stages of a case - as early as pre-suit - can guide theme development and offer strategic recommendations for telling the story of your case.  

Mock Trials and Jury research conducted near the end or after the close of discovery is helpful in testing trial strategy and getting feedback and strategic recommendations on the thematic trial story.  

Not every case warrants the time or money of jury research, yet it always pays to hear jurors talk about your case before proceeding to trial. We can set up and run a streamlined project to offer that glimpse without our signature deep-dive analysis. 

Practicing the opening to our consultants or to mock jurors can provide insight for final tweaks to the trial story and visuals.  Voir dire practice studies with mock jurors can be done independently or in conjunction with any other type of jury research project.

Each witness carries a piece of the story. Alongside the attorneys, we ideally work with key witnesses before they are deposed or before they take the stand at trial.
