We focus on preparing the witness for deposition traps, honing the message in the witness' own words, eliminating distracting behaviors, and working through psychological barriers to providing the most credible testimony.

We can monitor high-stakes cases and cases in serial litigation in real time with matched groups of shadow jurors to offer daily insights to the trial team.
REFLECTION JURIES
We can also recruit matched mock jurors to assess cases after trial to aid in understanding how the jury reached its decision.
