Why a trial consultant? Because juries decide cases. Why us? We care about your case.
We offer services beyond jury research projects. We offer these as stand-alone services or in conjunction with focus groups, deliberation studies, or mock trials.
Time and budgets do not always permit jury research. We can work with your team to analyze the case based on our experience with jurors over the years. We look at your case from the juror's perspective to assess case problems, strengths, and strategy.
We can work with your team to develop effective voir dire questions and can also assist in writing and reviewing written juror questionnaires. We can also be available for in-court jury selection assistance.
Each witness carries a piece of the story. Alongside the attorneys, we ideally work with key witnesses before they are deposed or before they take the stand at trial. We focus on preparing the witness for deposition traps, honing the message in the witness' own words, eliminating distracting behaviors, and working through psychological barriers to providing the most credible testimony.
We can staff trials, or specific aspects of trial such as opening statements or key witness testimony, with a consultant who observes trial and provides daily insights to the trial team.
We can monitor high-stakes cases and cases in serial litigation in real time with matched groups of shadow jurors to offer daily insights to the trial team.
We can also recruit matched mock jurors to assess cases after trial to aid in understanding how the jury reached its decision.
