Heather Hansen, Esq.

EXPERTISE

Heather Hansen has a psychology degree from American University, a law degree from Villanova School of Law, and completed conflict resolution training at Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine.  For 25 years, she was a trial attorney, defending healthcare providers and teaching them the tools to tell their stories and share their evidence.  Heather became an anchor at the Law and Crime Network and an analyst for The Today Show, Dr. Oz, CNN, and others.  She's the author of the best-seller "The Elegant Warrior-How to Win Life's Trials Without Losing Yourself" and "Advocate for the Win-10 Tolls to Ask for What You Want and Get It."  She's an international keynote speaker, teaching audiences to use stories, evidence, and energy to make the case for their ideas and innovations.

MESSAGE FROM Heather hansen

I believe the secret to success in the courtroom (and in life!) is cognitive empathy, or the ability to see other perspectives.  I joined TTC because I love the focus on seeing things through the jurors' perspectives and then speaking to those perspectives.  I know that trials can be stressful and challenging, and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to help you see trials a little differently, reduce your stress, and bring clarity to your message.
