Mediation Insights

Come to the Table with the Upper Hand

Most cases are resolved before they reach a jury, but many times it is the prospect of a jury that leads to settlement.  Before mediation, jury research can offer critical insights that allow your team to bring intelligence to the table.  Conducting brief focus groups provides an opportunity to hear mock jurors talk about the issues in your case.  Where are your blindspots and weak spots? Are they factual or perceptual?  How motivated are they to award damages?  Is the case stronger from a jury perspective than your opponent believes?

Come to the table from a position of strength provided by jury insights.
