STRATEGY TESTING RESEARCH/MOCK TRIALS

Jury research conducted near the end or after the close of discovery is helpful in testing trial strategy.  Mock jurors respond to argumentative attorney presentations (and witnesses, when possible). We gather qualitative and quantitative data, assess the strengths and weaknesses and offer strategic recommendations and feedback on the thematic trial story.  

We conduct a range of mock trial and jury research projects depending on the stage of your case, goals, and budget. From half-day projects to multi-day mock trials, we can design research projects to test liability, damages, and witnesses.

As with strategy development projects, we can conduct any strategy testing research project virtually when in-person research is not feasible or budgets are limited.
